Embarkation: Azimganj, West Bengal.

Disembarkation: Bateshwarsthan Jetty, Bihar.

Day 1: Azimganj 

Check in at Azimganj. As per the convenience. 

Day 2: Baranagore  

In the mide 17th century, a small trading post came up. Built by Rani Bhavani, the Baranagore temples spread over one and half kilometers, represent the Hindu Zamindari. The main one being the Char Bangla temple a fine example of Bengal's unique terracotta art. 

Day 3: Farakka Barrage sails through farakka barrage 

The lock gates open between 9 am to 11 am with prior permission. The Farakka Barrage is the longest barrage in the world as per the Guinness book of World Records with 101 gates. Visit Gaur at Malda. Gour, located 16 km from Malda town, has major historical significance, as it was the capital of Bengal for several centuries. Gour has a number of monuments like Small Golden Mosque, Bara Darwaza, Dakhil Darwaza, Firoz Minar, Kodam Rasut Mosque, and the Tomb of Saint Makhdum Shaikh ached Siraj. 

Day 4: Sailing on the Holy Ganges 

With strong currents the cruiser slows sown to almost half the speed. As we cruise slowly, the beautiful country side of Jharkand and Bihar unfolds, Rajmahal and them to Manihari. Manihari is located on the banks of the holy Ganga River where it meets the Kosi River. Today if time permits the guests can disembark at a village. 

Day 5: Vikramshila 

After early Breakfast disembark at Bateswarsthan to visit Vikramshila. It is built by Bengal King Dharmapala in 8th Century. The Monastery Gradually Gained importance and become a centre for Tantric Buddhism 

Day 6: Bateswarstan 

Disembark by forenoon for onward journey.
